Details

Cookies that have been created using a container cannot be deleted via the "Remove Selected" button in the cookie manager under about:preferences#privacy. Once you remove a selected cookie/category using "Remove Selected", it's restored once you close the cookie manager. "Remove All" seems to be working correctly.

Looks like this is related to containers as "Remove Selected" works fine when containers are disabled.

STR:

* intall fx47 or fx46
* about:config -> privacy.userContext.enabled;true
* open a personal container
* go into about:preferences#privacy and remove all the cookies (if there's any listed)
* type in a search term under the awesome bar via the personal container and click "Enter"
* take a look at the cookies and remove one via "Remove Selected"
* close and re-open the cookie manager, the cookie will be restored
