User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:44.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/44.0 Build ID: 20160210153822 Steps to reproduce: Clicked on the pinned taskbar button (This is Windows 7) and instead of Firefox coming up I get a menu with a number of options, one of which is "Open." When I click on "Open" Firefox comes up. It now takes 3 clicks including reading a menu to get Firefox to open This is only with the latest version which was installed yesterday. This happened three times. Also the "New Tab" tab no longer works at all. When I click on it I get a drop down menu. Actual results: Clicked on the pinned taskbar button (This is Windows 7) and instead of Firefox coming up I get a menu with a number of options, one of which is "Open." When I click on "Open" Firefox comes up. It now takes 3 clicks including reading a menu to get Firefox to open Expected results: Firefox should have opened with a single click.
It sounds like your mouse left and right buttons get reversed. Other programs works fine? Can you try to restart the computer and try again. Further steps: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems.
