1248318 - Use in-tree script for all emulator tests

In Bug 1237987 and Bug 1245398, we move all mulet tests to use in-tree script. In this bug, I would like to do the same thing for emulator tests. This has some advantages -- The scripts are from in-tree, it's very easy to edit it as needed. And we also can do some clean-up on tester docker image.

Looks good to me. Could some of those configuration options be moved into b2g_unittest_base.yml? Or are there other jobs that use them too. Feel free to ignore this suggestion if there are other things using b2g_unittest_base.yml.

Thanks for your comment, I will review configuration again to see if we could move some common options into b2g_unittest_base.yml.
