1248627 - Autophone - reconnect nexus-6p-1 and configure nexus-6-2 to use 2.4Ghz

While deploying the User Agent change in Bug 1248284, nexus-6p-1 did not reconnect. It probably just needs to have the usb cable disconnected and reconnected. The new USB C to USB A cables should be available now and we can replace the short factory cables on nexus-6p-1 and nexus-6p-2 with the new cables.

Bug 1246686 changed the frequency for the two nexus 6P devices to 2.4Ghz and solved the wifi disconnection problems but appeared to surface a minor disconnection problem with nexus-6-2 (Note no P). If we can switch that phone to 2.4Ghz, perhaps it will fix the issue and we won't have additional problems with the other devices on 5 Ghz.

One final issue for today hopefully. I noticed nexus-9-2 spent about 8 hours charging up to 90% overnight. After it reached 90% and began retesting, it has been dropping rapidly and is now at 78% charge.

It should be on the 3rd shelf connected to the usb3 card on autophone-3. Perhaps the cable is loose; the port is failing to deliver enough power or is failing or there is some process which is eating the battery. Looking at top on the device doesn't show anything that stands out though adbd is showing low single digits cpu usage.

Marcia, can you check the cable for the nexus-9-2 tablet? Thanks.

New cables have been connected to both the Nexus P phones. Nexus 6-2 switched to 2.4 Ghz.

Regarding the tablet, I checked both ends of the connection and they are secure.

The nexus-6p-1 is now connected and nexus-6-2 has a good ip address. The nexus-9-1 and nexus-9-2 are fairly discharged. It may just be that they can not draw enough power from the the ports. We may need to adjust the test manifest to reduce the number of builds they test.
