+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1220719 +++

Hang-up when pressing the power button was introduced as always on in bug 1176297 and then made optional and off by default in bug 1176297. We should add a setting to be able to switch it on and off. This should belong in the Settings component (possibly under accessibility) but since we don't know if we'll have global settings in the future any more it might as well be implemented directly in the dialer.
