User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build ID 20160217062621 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Nightly 47 with a new profile. 2. From Menu bar go to "View" > "Sidebar". 3. Inspect the available sidebar options. Actual Result: "Synced Tabs" option is not listed under "Sidebar". Only "Bookmarks" and "History" are displayed. Expected Result: "Synced Tabs" option is listed under "Sidebar". Note: The "Synced Tabs" option appears only after you go to Menu Panel and access "Synced Tabs". Reproduced on Windows 7 and Mac 10.10

Yeah, that's a little weird. It does appear as an option after you sign into Sync, when it would really be useful.

This is just a side-effect of how the "services.sync.syncedTabsUIRefresh" preference works - as Sync is initialized we unhide the sidebar based on the pref value. When this preference is removed the sidebar will start out in an unhidden state, so will appear immediately. Thus, I don't think we should bother fixing this and instead focus on removing the pref and ensure it starts out visible.
