When a user alternates between two tabs fast, both of them could be highlighted in the same time

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160218105740
2) Open the music app
3) Tap 'song' and 'music' icons simultaneously multiple times 
4) Observe two icon is highlighted in the same time

Actual:
Two icons is highlighted in the same time

Expected:
It is expected that only one icon should be highlighted
