Rel mgmt has asked us to disable the currently running e10s experiment on beta45 to reduce noise for stability numbers on build7. There's currently another experiment that has been running across all of beta44 and 45 (the unified-urlbar experiment), so I'm gonna disable it as well (it is set to end on Feb 24, 10% sample, but most users have already reached the max runtime of 14 days, and it's hovering at around 1.2% of users)

Disabled them in the manifest and updated release_tag https://hg.mozilla.org/webtools/telemetry-experiment-server/rev/50159e007259 https://hg.mozilla.org/webtools/telemetry-experiment-server/rev/bb8b48cf0418
