[STR]
1. open https://people.mozilla.org/~mfinkle/casting/Mobile-launch-greatday640.mp4 in Fennec
2. connect WebIDE to Fennec
3. find videocontrols.xml in debugger tab
4. set breakpoint in "togglePause" function
5. try toggle the "pause" button in video control in fennec
6. reload the page in fennec
7. try toggle the "pause" button in video control in fennec

[Expected Behavior]
Debugger will stop at "togglePause" function at both step #5 and #7.

[Actual Behavior]
Debugger only stopped at "togglePause" function at step #5 but not step #7.
Reconnect WebIDE to Fennec and set breakpoint at the same place again will work.
Yet another breakpoint bug. We should look into this asap.
