Yes, it's 100% reproducible.
I'm connected via LAN.
Yes, I'm use proxy.
Just noticed: Page is rendered as expected in MFC embeded version.
wfm winNT4, Linux rh6, 2/14/02 builds

Anatoly: what kind of proxy?
If you change the pref for HTTP version under preferences/debug/networking/ to
1.0 - does the page load OK then?
It seems to be profile problem. After new profile creation the page has been
rendered.
