Details

We're deprecating l10n.js and switching FxOS to l20n.js.

In bug 1250681 I migrated multiple apps to l20n and it requires a change to fxos-tv-modal-dialog

Basically here: https://github.com/fxos-components/fxos-tv-modal-dialog/blob/869d08a84ea2a8e01bcba6d5f0583ba3398854c0/base-modal-dialog.js#L56-L57

it has to use document.l10n instead of navigator.mozL10n.
