Steps to reproduce:

I overscrolled on the tab switcher page, causing it to freeze and cause the orange holo selection effect on multiple tabs, on Amazon fire with KitKat 4.4.4


Actual results:

Freezing of tab switcher until over scroll was removed


Expected results:

No overscroll should have happened
