I'm trying to make one-click loaners in Mozharness great (bug 1250904), however, I need to make a couple of changes to Mozharness to do so.

I want to make most scripts use --run-tests as the action that executes the tests. I believe Marionette uses --run-marionette instead of --run-tests.

I also want --run-tests to try to find the binary in disk if we have already executed download-and-extract. It removes the user from having to specify --binary-path.
