Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load https://crash-stats.mozilla.com
2. Select "SeaMonkey" from "Product" (https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/home/products/SeaMonkey)
3. From "Report," choose "Top Crashers" (https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrashers/?product=SeaMonkey&version=2.42a2)

Actual Results:

The select widget remains at "Current Versions" and yet the URL and the page content are for a version -- in this particular case 2.42a2, while the versions in the dropdown are 2.40 and 2.39

Staging is fine, BTW.

What the heck! There isn't even a featured version for SeaMonkey that is 2.42.a2 :)

I wonder if we should stall once this PR https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/pull/3223 lands.
