Details

When a menu is opened, clicking again on the menu entry does nothing. It should
close the menu.

Was working on 20020212 builds.
I can't find the bug number, but I'm sure I saw Blake report this yesterday already.
This was caused by an attempt to fix 38484 which has since been backed out.
