Please deploy Splice 2.1.2 to Stage.

Note that the only change is we've added a new table "activity_stream_stats_daily" to the Redshift database. 

The new ddl file is "ddl/migrations/redshift/1457402851.sql". We need to apply it to Redshift manually.

There is also a new Alembic migration "migrations/versions/171b15035012_.py", running "manage.py db migrate" is needed to do the Alembic bookkeeping.
