i can't download my signed, unlisted extension

Steps to reproduce:

i am trying to download my signed extension from the following URL
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/fb-purity-cleans-up-facebook1/versions/1828491



Actual results:

but the download link goes to the following "file not found" error page
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/409273/fb_purity_cleans_up_facebook-14.5.1.2-sm+fx.xpi?src=devhub


Expected results:

i should have been able to download my signed extension. (previous versions of the signed extension download ok, its just the latest one that won't download)
i bumped the version number in the install.rdf and re-uploaded/re-signed it, and the new download works ok.. weird anomaly there.
