AR:  Textarea looks squished vertically, regardless of chosen dimentions
ER:  Textarea should have normal height
Hmm, interesting!  The floating scrollbar styles that RDM inserts on Windows and Linux end up altering the layout of the textarea, since its scrollbars are changed as well.

We'll have to think a bit more about how to handle this specific case.
