I found two broken links on this page, they point to:
http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/en/html/api/Bugzilla/Extension.html
https://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/en/html/api/Bugzilla/Hook.html#bug_check_can_change_field

Neither of them work.

These links are actually correct. The problem is that the documentation creation on bugzilla.org is currently down due to some problems with its dependencies.

The problem is not fixed. The links are redirected to the wrong page, see bug 1275578.
