1257256 - State clearly that Linux builds in Downloads Table are for 32bit only

Currently Table heading for Linux does not state that these builds _only_ run on 32 bit systems (link for 64 bit build is at the end of the page).

Table heading 
is        should be
Linux     Linux 32bit

Missing information can cause real confusion and problems, see

Any update on this issue?

2.49.4 is about to be released. I changed the heading for Linux and put some information into the release notes. Maybe we can drop this bug here afterwards. Lets first see how it pans out.
