There was some further cleanup that never made it into my patch on bug 81527, so I'll attach it here. This removes a bunch of other RegisterComponent calls that are no longer needed and it also removes the |#define NS_IMPL_IDS| scattered all over the tree that no longer do anything but were once associated with the obsolete NS_DECLARE_ID macro.
