1257900 - Delay on zooming in or out on a specific webpage

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1)Open firefox in a new profile;
2)Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facebook on new tab;
3)Try to zoom in/out rapidly by using "zoom in" & "zoom out" button on menu (Shortcut Key: 'Ctrl ++' & 'Ctrl --'). 


Actual results:

The page shows delay(around 2 seconds) while clicking zoom in/out button.


Expected results:

It should response immediately.

Note: Works fine on google chrome.(openGL version: 4.4.0 NVIDIA 340.96)
