You're right, problem solved.
IE Tab was the culprit: https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/ie-tab

I was having same problem that in Firefox 45.0.1: refresh button (or F5) not working (Win7/64bit)

After removing IE TAB Plugin, the problem SOLVED !
