It's like Leak Canary for UI thread violations! Let's make sure it's legit before we use it. bug 1239376 was an attempt to catch these bugs by letting our crash reporter catch them but this change would take less work to get started (because we don't crash on startup :P). https://github.com/nshmura/strictmode-notifier
