Details

The File Open Dialog (from the menu "File/Open File...") in
Mozilla 0.9.8 on Linux does not work. Many Problems:
* On top there is a combobox labelled "look in:". This box has no
  entries.
* Right from this combobox there is a button with two dots on it.
Pressing this button has no effect.
* If i enter a file-URL od a filename into the edit box labelled "File name"
  and press "OK", nothing happens.

Reporter: Can you still reproduce the bug after creating a new profile? (start
Mozilla with "mozilla -ProfileManager")
Do you use a .deb or .rpm for 0.9.8?
1) The ".." button has been removed in current nightlys
2) The contents of the combobox are completely differnt in current nightlys.
3) A lot of the onOK logic has changed in that dialog.

So testing this with 0.9.8 is pretty pointless...
Try a nightly build, this has been fixed. I don't know the bugnumber off the
top of my head. ---> WORKSFORME
