The text box to enter a tag prefix in Account Settings | Blog & News Feeds is too small for the Dutch localization, causing the autoTagPrefix.placeholder to be trimmed (showing "Voer een labelvoorvoegsel" instead of "Voer een labelvoorvoegsel in"). There is enough screen estate to make this textbox wider, so the placeholder shows completely in localized builds.

It seems there is already an enlarging rule for #autotagPrefix in feed-subscriptions.css, but it is only used in feed-subscriptions.xul. So I include it in am-newsblog.xul too to make both the fields for tag prefix the same size. It seems Seamonkey is missing this css rule, even though it also uses feed-subscriptions.xul (in my understanding). So the patch adds that rule in SM themes.
