since Firefox 42 clicking 'Subscribe to This Page' always show 'Subscribe to this feed' page

In about:preferences#applications set 'Add Live Bookmarks in Firefox'
Open a page with feed
Click 'Subscribe to This Page'

Actual result:
'Subscribe to this feed using Live Bookmarks' page is opened

Expected result:
'Subscribe with Live Bookmark' modal dialog should be visible
Not sure when this was fixed, but this problem is not present on Firefox 57.

But, a related issue exists, which I have opened bug 1426290 for.
