The script allows the user to specify a time interval for data, but when a series is added this option is ignored and a one-year interval is always used.

Bug 1266413 - Use specified time interval when adding series

Stop ignoring --time-interval command option when
adding a signature or series.
Use default value of one week if the user doesn't
specify an interval.
