Steps to reproduce:

In a web app
- Discover a NFC-V (ISO 15693) tag
- in ontagfound, on the returned MozNFCTag, call tag.selectTech("NFC-V")


Actual results:

Error: Technology is not supported now


Expected results:

Nfc V Tech object should be returned, supporting a transceive-call, similar to how it works with "NFC-A" and "ISO-DEP", see also https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/44aec780d0d5/dom/nfc/nsNfc.js#l158
