User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.19 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. mount a disk image in OS X 2. drag Thunderbird to the mounted disk image and launch 3. try to set up a new mail account in Thunderbird. Actual results: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nslMsgAccountMAnager.createIncomingServer]" nsresult: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) location: "JS frame :: chrome://messenger/content/accountcreation/verifyConfig.js :: verifyConfig :: line 60" data: no ] Expected results: creating new accounts should work. (moving the app to the desktop and creating the account when not running from a mounted disk image works fine)
Eh, that's weird. The profile where the account is created should still be local and thus independent of the location of the executable, and verifyConfig would suggest that a configuration was found but couldn't be verified. Ben, any idea?

I can't help in this bug since I don't understand the steps to reproduce.
