Can we add a field to each location that contains the amount of set-up time that venue normally requires, and use that value to adjust the start time that shows up in stage crew iCal feeds (rather than always using 30 minutes, which we do now)?

Non-trivial. The models is called EventAssignment. [0] And it does not have a location. It has 0 or multiple locations. Needs a thought. [0] https://github.com/mozilla/airmozilla/blob/master/airmozilla/main/models.py#L593-L599
