This feature has been left out from the initial and almost complete implementation of requestBody (bug 1201979) because it requires further platform support: specifically, I plan to add a filePath string getter to nsIFileInputStream, delegating to the internal mFile, rather than exposing the nsIFile itself which appears a bit riskier.
