1268985 - perfherder alerts should have an easy way to search by bug number or revision

sometimes I have a bug number and it isn't clear which alert or set of alerts is associated with it, I would like to search for that in the search text instead of just the summary name.

Mostly looks really good, one minor request for changes.

It would be even better if this search worked across the entire set of alerts (not just the one you're viewing), we should follow up on that (can't remember the bug number, but we have one).
