Details

nexus-5-4 became unresponsive and did not recover when autophone-2 rebooted. It shows up in adb devices but hangs when attempting to run shell commands. It appears to be stuck again and needs to be power cycled.
van, stephend: if you are going to be in the office tomorrow, could you check on this device? If not, I'll try to ping someone in #servicedesk.

i was in the office so i took care of this. phone is back online with verified ateam IP.
