User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

open a lot of tabs on firefox 39, close firefox 39 and open firefox >= 40. tabs will be restored 2 times, the 3rd times all tabs are lost.

Actual results:

all tabs are lost when starting firefox >= 40 3 times. i did report this bug already and this report had been deleted without fixing the bug. version 46 still shows it. WHY HAD THE REPORT BEEN DELETED? WHY I HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED? WHY SUCH A SIMPLE ISSUES DOESN'T GET FIXED?

Severity: critical → normal
Component: Untriaged → Session Restore
Version 47 seems to *not* have this bug. Thank you!

(What I do different than before is that I now close firefox with the menu exit function. Up to Version 46 I had used the window manager close button.)
It seems to work with firefox version 47
