If you guess the API URL by typing in a class that is not in the documentation but that is in the source code you get a APIWhitelistError. 

E.g. https://sentry.prod.mozaws.net/operations/socorro-prod/issues/330226/

We should re-write these as 404 errors.

The attached PR is still valid.
The bug is invalid as per the concluded discussion in the PR.
