When internet network goes off and comes back , Thunderbird doesn't connect back automatically when internet comes back ON.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I had to Restart Thunderbird in order to connect to the network. Actual results: My internet blew off and Thunderbird just didn't connect back automatically. Expected results: It should have automatically be connected back when the internet comes back ON. We don't have to restart Thunderbird.
