Details

Currently we have a 5-minute cache in the way whenever recipes are edited. It'd be nice to invalidate this cache once a recipe changes. mythmon suggested an even nicer solution: to update the cache when a recipe changes, so that we can still serve from the cache.

In either case, it'd be great for recipe changes to be reflected immediately by the API.

We aren't keeping these caches anymore, and instead are relying on HTTP caching by Nginx. We can't control that cache.
