If we connect the same webpage through presentation API twice, the former iframe is destroyed before creating a new iframe for the incoming connection.
We will implement the resume session feature based on current presentation API standard. This bug is for Gaia side works.

Probably not, I don't think we should modify the application behavior according to our 2.6 plan.

Reconnection is done by Gecko directly, no Gaia work is needed.
