Currently the ui test suite is failing, it's known (bug 1251698) and the suite has no value to be run for each commit, PR, ... I suggest to comment it in the .travis.yml so it's not being run, until bug 1251698 is fixed or at least until it's at least know, how to fix it and willing to do that.

I agree and submitted PR https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/2868.

Of course we should fix the UI tests at some point but meanwhile there's no need to waste Travis resources.
