Because of the changes on bug 1280300 the failure message has been changed. Updating so we can get correct bug suggestions again on Treeherder.

Bug 1280300 changed the error message that is reported by Marionette when navigating to a URL but ending up on an about:* page.  The new error message indicates (as bug 1293107 showed) that this could be related to starting the HTTPD: “Reached error page: about:neterror?e=deniedPortAccess”
This seems to mostly happen on Windows debug?

Shane, I assume that your patch on bug 1262705 would not fix this intermittent?

I don't think so.  The right fix might be replacing the http server that is used with one supplied by marionette, but I'm not clear on how to use the marionette stuff.

Shane, could you maybe list the requirements you have for a HTTP server? Maybe we can figure out ahead of time if wptserv supports all the needed features. We could definitely assist you in getting moved to the server as shipped with Marionette.
