Details

Middle clicked url-s won't start loading if they have an anchor (#) in them.
They'll only start loading if I F5 the tabs.

Pressing enter in the urlbar for the opened tabs doesn't help either. Nothing happens.

WFM with Load Tabs Progressively Fixed 1.6 in Fx52.0 on Win10.
With Firefox 57 only WebExtensions are permitted and are, by default, e10s compatible.
