User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Build ID: 20160512103502

Steps to reproduce:

Browse https://ethereumbuilders.gitbooks.io/guide/content/en/vitalik-diagrams/readme.html with a Firefox window not larger than 690 pixels and start scrolling down.

Actual results:

As soon as one moves down the page, using the arrow keys or the mouse, all page content disappears. The video at https://youtu.be/eqCl3SHUraE shows the issue. Firefox is on the left, Chrome is on the right.

Expected results:

One could read the page normally.

I reproduced the issue on Firefox 46, Firefox 46.0.1 and latest Nightly (49.0a1).
On Nightly it reproduces even if the window is maximized.

I tried on mac, with beta, and with a nightly from 2016-05-30 and currently nightly and I couldn't reproduce. The bug looks like a class of bugs where the scroll position gets out of aynz between layout and apz, which we've fixed a bunch of recently. Is this still happening?
