I think that it would be nice to have an option to be able to have a piece of
mail copied instead of moved when mail is placed in local folders. There is an
option to copy mail if you right click on it, but I feel it would be nice to
have an option to have it always copy mail when it is dragged over.

Just hold down on Ctrl (or whatever it is on Mac/Linux) while you drag the
message. Or am I missing something here?
Yes, holding down CTRL works also.   I just think it would be nice to have the 
option to have it automatically copy rather than move.  That way if you check 
your mail from another computer, all the pieces of mail will still be in the 
inbox.  I believe Outlook has this option, and I think it would be a nice 
feature to have.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
