Details

While converting to using nsISimpleEnumerator, I believe I broke the thread
enumerator, so that when you expand a thread, you won't see all the messages in
the thread.

I would like to fix this for m10...
Target Milestone: M10 → M11
moving to m11 - no one's using threads anyway.
Yes, mcafee is using threaded view! See
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12846
but because 12846 exists he can't really do anything with them anyway. Unless I
get distracted as usual, I'm planning on starting on more threading stuff
tomorrow.
OK, I've got a fix for this when the tree opens. The thread enumerator prefetch
method wasn't setting mNeedPrefetch to false.

fixed in m11
Can I mark this as verified since Scott has already implemented threading?

fenella - please verify. Just make sure you can expand and collapse a thread in
the thread pane (after you sort by thread). Thanks.
