When entering split screen mode on Android N there is a message "App may not work with split-screen"

I believe that this depends on the build with the N SDK (API 24) to get rid of the message.

We'll move to this to target a specific release when SDK 24 is available.

Are we to an SDK where we can remove this?
This message comes from Android, we still build with SDK 23. See the dependent bug build-android-n.
As per https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/multi-window, compatibility behaviours or this warning message are gone will be gone once targetting API24 or higher. So before raising our target API for good someone should check how good or bad we cope with this.
If in the worst case we're crashing or are otherwise unusable with this, we should set android:resizeableActivity="false" in our manifest.

Tested with target 26 and everything seems alright, after we raise the target, we should have someone from QA verify that it works as intended.
