Steps to reproduce:

I created a new account under paulej@packetizer.com, as I had forgotten that I had an older account under paulej@acm.org.


Actual results:

The system worked great and created a second account for me.


Expected results:

I should have recalled having set up the older account in 1999 and used that rather than create a new one.
