Wepages that load banner ads from the "rcm-images.amazon.com" server will hang
if the "Ask me before loading an image" prefrence is activated. Once the dialog
box appears asking to accept or deny the image, the brower becomes inoperable -
It must be force quit at that point. It does not freee the OS. This does not
happen with any other adserver.

I can reproduce this across several webpages. It happens in both the Mac Os X
and 9 versions, and can be reproduced on different machines. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In privacy and security > Images, check "Ask before accepting an image"
2. visit a webpage that uses the rcm-images.amaon.com server - for example
www.powerpage.org
3. click through the dialog boxes until the above server appears

Actual Results:  Browser hangs. 

Expected Results:  Accepted or denied the image.
