Actual results: nothing Expected results: Bottom border for TR. As commented here - http://stackoverflow.com/a/24907218 this problem appears in firefox versions after 38.

I do see the bottom border with the CSS you mentionned in both 47 and 50. I am attaching my testcase to this bug, can you try it and check that these are the steps you actually meant? thanks

We're aware of borders missing in border-collapse:collapse tables in some cases, see bug 398980, bug 519364, bug 764741 etc., so without a testcase here I'm going to assume this issue is already covered by one of those. Thanks for your report.
