In Bug 1278184 we're implementing a new redesigned /new download page [1] and would like to A/B tests it against what's currently running in production [2] to verify that that download rate conversions are not adversely effected. This is a bug to track GA analytic requirements for when the Optimizely experiment is running. The WIP page can be seen at the first URL below (using the ?v=1 query parameter).
